Born in Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo region in the family of mining engineers.
Basic education - the development of coal deposits, the Moscow Mining Institute. Degree - Business Administration, Moscow State University. Degree - Candidate of Economic Sciences, South Ural State University.
From 1995 to 2005 worked in various positions in JSC "Raspadskaya", Mezhdurechensk, Kemerovo region.
From 2005 to present -General director of OOO "RasMin."
Areas of professional activity: the collection and processing of information about the market of coking coal, mining machinery, scientific and technical work, cooperation with China.
Oleg Sukhoruchenko
Born in the city of Novoshakhtinsk, Rostov region.
Has the economic education. Degree - Candidate of Economic Sciences.
From 1999 to 2009 worked in the metal-trading companies. Since 2001 worked in senior positions in companies with the status of the dealers of ZSMK, KMK, ChMZ, Severstal, NTMK, Amurmetal. The main business of the companies was to supply equipment and metal rolling on enterprises of mining and metallurgical industry and building complex of the Russian Federation.
Since 2009, worked at the State University of Management in various positions, including the position of Vice-Chancellor, was in charge of administrative, economic, operational activities of the University.
